Online Eight-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs

The MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Since its inception in 1979, MBSR has been well researched, indicating various benefits of training people to more effectively deal with stress, pain, illness and the pressures of everyday life.

Are you interested in experiencing the effectiveness of mindfulness meditation?  Join us in this experiential and highly respected program in the medical community, an excellent complement to traditional and psychological treatments.
