Congratulations for completing the eight-week MBSR program! Now that you are on the mindfulness journey, you can continue developing and nurturing this path. To support you with this, I am offering all MBSR graduates various ways to connect with our MBSR community, and to deepen your understanding of mindfulness.
1. Drop-in mindfulness class (open to all MBSR graduates):
In this class, MBSR practices will be guided, with a period for Q & A after. This is only open to MBSR graduates. For more info and to register click here.
2. All-Day MBSR Retreat
You can join just the All-Day retreat that is part of the eight-week MBSR program. For more information and to register click here.
3. Nurturing The Path Day
This Nurturing The Path Day builds on the mindfulness skills developed for those who have graduated from the eight-week MBSR Program. For more information, click here.
4. Take the eight-week MBSR again
