Graduate MBSR Events

Congratulations for completing the eight-week MBSR program! Now that you are on the mindfulness journey, you can continue developing and nurturing this path. To support you with this, I am offering all MBSR graduates various ways to connect with our MBSR community, and to deepen your understanding of mindfulness.

1. Drop-in mindfulness class (open to all MBSR graduates):

In this class, MBSR practices will be guided, with a period for Q & A after. This is only open to MBSR graduates. For more info and to register click here.

2. MBSR 2:

MBSR 2 is only open to those who have completed the MBSR program. It is an eight-week program that builds on the MBSR program. For more info and to register click here.

3. All-Day MBSR Retreat:

You can join just the All-Day session that is part of the eight-week MBSR program. For more information and to register click here.

4. Nurturing The Path Day:

This Nurturing The Path Day builds on the mindfulness skills developed for those who have graduated from the eight-week MBSR Program.

5. Take the eight-week MBSR again:

Many people find that taking the MBSR program again provides them with opportunities to further establish their mindfulness practices. If you are interested, please e-mail me at info@drkasimalmashat.com before filling the online application form as space is limited.
