There is human desire to find happiness and joy. Most of us have asked ourselves in some shape or form the question of, “am I really happy?”. While we may experience some happiness, life’s circumstances sometimes blankets this capacity to connect to our inner joy. We then watch as our spark slips away.
Join us in this Online event to nurture and spark the joy that is inherit within us all.
This three hour event will incorporate principles of Positive Psychology, with practical exercises to nurture authentic joy, resilience, and appreciation of life. These will include:
- Laughter yoga
- Mindfulness meditation
There are no prerequisites for Sparking Joy Day, it is open to all levels (beginner and advanced practitioners are welcome). Please note that this only open for those 19 years of age or older.
Sparking Joy will provide you with opportunities to gain new skills that foster inner smiles and well-being. I look forward to sharing this with you!
